Mannnn, I gotta story for y'all this week. So for the last year I've been on this weird rollercoaster ride of emotions and there were times where I was literally losing my mind and I was allowing it to happen to a certain extent. Well, I finally got off the rollercoaster and realized I was being triggered, and ignoring the signs or running towards them when I should have been maneuvering around them or just avoiding them all together. Well it took me being laid out sick to get there but I did just that. I'm learning to say "ok" and letting things be what they will be before
I allow my sanity to be threatened by anyone.
