Brett Tippie is a larger-than-life character in the sport of MTB. He was one of the original free riders and pioneered the sport we know today. A former professional snowboarder Tippie then turned to MTB and was one of the very first sponsored free-riders before the industry even knew what the sport was. He admits he had some dark years when he turned to drugs but sights MTB as the sport that pulled him out of that place.
