I try to judge them as an individual whether it would be opposing counsel, my clients or even injured workers. Hi, I'm Harry Tear. I'm a partner at Moore Ingram Johnson and Steel in the Workers’ Compensation Department. I represent employers, insurers, third party administrators in workers’ compensation cases throughout the State of Georgia. So I help employers and insurance companies, self insured employers throughout the state who have workers’ compensation claims, they need legal assistance to determine compensability of claims, to determine if somebody is faking or to find a way to get that claim shut down as quickly as possible. Our firm is different because we place a great emphasis on personal relationships. Personal relationships with each other, my associates. But also the relationships we have with our clients, our insurance gestures, our claims managers to make sure that we are true partners in whatever claim we handle. We wanna make sure that our clients are fully invested in any decisions that are made with regard to the claims that we are handling. And we find that way we are gonna achieve the best results for our clients. We can help any employer in the State of Georgia and throughout much of the South East with regard to workers’ compensation claims including third party administrators primarily large insurance companies as well. We certainly enjoy getting to know our clients better. Helping them to solve their problems. Providing seminars, we also provide educational materials, cheat sheets for various workers’ compensation jurisdictions throughout the South East. When I'm not in the office, I'm certainly passionate about spending time with my family, my wife and I love to travel, we travel with the kids whenever possible. I'm always found at a baseball field, a soccer field or in the theater watching my kids. Relationships are very important to us.
