The package includes cash handouts, small business aid and tax cuts, but critics worry it will worsen Japan’s massive debt. New satellite images suggest Russia has supplied North Korea with over one million barrels of oil since March. And Australia has proposed what it calls ‘world-first’ laws to restrict kids under the age of 16 from using social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
