One of the bright spots this past week was spontaneously booking this multi-talented maven (also known as Felicia Slattery 😁) within a day's notice. She is the picture of tenacity, resourcefulness, and inspiration as she shares her story of how she became a speaker, author, cook, and educator, battling cancer and winning, and her very cool pandemic pivot. Felicia Slattery is a multiple-time Amazon best-selling author of eight books, which include topics around her many interests and areas of expertise, such as 21 Ways to Make Money Speaking, Kill the Elevator Speech, Daily Business Meeting with God Journal, a roller coaster journal, and two plant-based cookbooks both coming soon in 2021. She's a professional speaker and communication expert with two master's degrees - one in communication and another in adult education and training. She's been an online entrepreneur since 2006, which provided her the opportunity to build a 6-figure business while raising her two daughters, now older teenagers. She also helps her husband grow his personal training business. They make their home in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee.
