Down to earth spirituality and the alchemy of parenthood with Nicole Azzopardi
Manage episode 282935870 series 2860974
In this episode, Vedic meditation teacher Laura Poole is in conversation with Nicole Azzopardi - a journalist, writer, cook, gardener and devoted parent. Nicole has spent the past 15 years travelling backwards and forwards to her teacher's ashram in the south of India (Sri Sakthi Amma at Sri Purum) where she spends time learning meditation and the value of selfless service. She currently lives with her husband and two daughters in a small country town in Victoria's Surf Coast hinterland. Grab a cup of tea, and wherever you are, sit back and relax as we drink in this healing medicine of shared storytelling.
