Ken Murray is a different dude; he is among the less than 1% of the human population who primarily eat fruit and consider it a ‘superior’ fuel. For the most part, the twentysomething Las Vegan lives off of foods such as melons, dates, oranges, berries, lemons and mangos. At his zenith, Ken estimates he was eating 10-15 pounds of fruit per day. He is a huge proponent of fasting, and recently finished up a 42-day fast where he consumed only citrus fruits — believing the fast raised his spiritual awareness and detoxifies his body.
