On this special episode of Into Stillness I have a guest meditation by my German brother David (@mindfuldave). David and I met on a yoga teacher training a couple years ago in Bali and have finally gotten around to collaborating on a meditation together. This is a wonderful gratitude meditation paired with some breath work and one very smooth German voice. I know you will enjoy this practice just as much as I did.
