Today on Inspired by HERstory is Danielle Dalesio. Danielle is a mindset coach and certified yoga instructor who specializes in helping women reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and step into their confidence to create ultimate success and happiness.
After years of struggling with crippling anxiety, Danielle found so much freedom through yoga and self-growth practices that she decided to leave her corporate engineering job to teach these methods to others through personal coaching, group programs, and workshops.
She currently lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and English Bulldog, Rowi.
