California voters will make a decision on Prop 34 this November. The initiative would limit certain health care provider spending, and is sponsored by the California Apartment Association. However, the proposition has also been called a “revenge measure” targeting the AIDS Healthcare Foundation and its president, Michael Weinstein. Los Angeles Times reporters Andrew Khouri and Liam Dillon join Insight to unpack this proposition, the connection to rent control measures, and larger questions about the influence of special interests.

‘CREEP - A Rogue Halloween'

A spooky, sensual, and silly cabaret show is bringing spine-tingling tunes and top local talent to Sacramento on Thursday.
