For more than 30 years, Grier has been studying, teaching, and practicing meditation. Grier is a mom and a multi-talented individual with various interests, including dance, yoga, hiking, and traveling.
Grier's journey into mindfulness and meditation began during her teenage years when she moved to California to pursue her dream of dancing with the San Francisco Ballet. During this time, she stumbled upon a bookstore that piqued her curiosity in the occult, astrology, and tarot. This curiosity eventually led her to explore deeper spiritual practices, including meditation.
Over the years, Grier found that her heart and soul yearned for a more lasting impact on people's lives. She now shares her expertise and wisdom through coaching services, helping others discover their most peaceful, powerful, and joyful selves.
