Nan Saysana was once an English teacher in Paris who struggled with binge eating as a response to stress. Her personal transformation led her to become a certified life and weight-loss coach. Now 50 years old, Nan has achieved her dream of becoming a bodybuilder and helps clients worldwide overcome cravings and stick to food plans that support their health goals. For the past five years, Nan has coached over 50 clients weekly online through The Life Coach School, working from her Paris flat alongside her adorable cat, Eva.
