This week, Chris sat down with social media influencer, Carnivore Ray (Ray Hicks). Ray is a financial lender by day and a fitness enthusiast by life. Over a year ago, Ray was experiencing depression, physical alignments, and an unhealthy lifestyle. He decided to make a change. He began eating meat, eggs, and fish exclusively. He continued this lifestyle for one month before posting a video about his experience. In 30-days, knee pain = gone, depression = gone, unhealthy weight = melting away.
