Bryan and Doug try to pull out some positives from the collapsing structure that was the 2023 San Francisco Giants season. The problem is the list of negatives is much longer and fan and player grievances are warranted. Neither host thinks the front office needs to be excused, but that doesn't make them immune from criticism over this next season. The last few weeks have revealed some really janky process, a facet of the Baseball Operations department that was supposed to be world-class. What's a fan to do? Be angry. What's a front office to do? That's what we'll find out. FACTUAL ERROR NOTE: Bryan thought Rhys Hoskins was still arbitration-eligible and would therefore need to be acquired via trade.
