In this episode we'll begin to explore dreams and the environment of dreamtime. I'll share ways to begin capturing your dreams, and various ways that can be done. We'll explore the connection that dreamtime has to you, your physical expression and you the soul. We'll talk about the symbolic nature of dreams and dreamtime, particularly in the earlier stages of your exploration. I'll also share my recommendations on how to approach that symbology to allow the self, more free reign, in its communication with you.
We'll talk about the some of the experiences you can have once you have explored your dreams and dreamtime for a little while. I'll also explore one of the foundational traits of consciousness, which is flexibility, and how our exploration of dream time can help us to recapture that quality to our consciousness and psyche. That quality, can add so much to an experience of life, that has begun to feel uninspiring to you.
