Freedo Self Discovery Game

I often invite amazing facilitators to participate in a Freedo journey. Many journeys include rituals that include breathwork, movement, dance, shaking, stretching, martial arts, yoga, sound and mantra. I do this as an exchange; you get my session of around 90 mins, my participants get a labour a 30 minute taster session from you. It’s great for networking together, I will join you to my facilitator support group, where you get to know other facilitators, share and receive guidance and support in growing your work.
