SoccerViza is a brand synonymous with underdogs creating their own success. That has seen different forms throughout it’s roughly 9 years of existence. It helped Sean and Dylan gain experience and exposure early in their careers, it made waves in youth football in Connecticut, and traveled the world helping talented, undiscovered players. Today its SoccerViza Futbol Club located in Talamanca, Limon Costa Rica. The mission, lead a team from the 3rd division to heights that many would call crazy. But that’s a credit to Joe and Cecilia. Their goals and dreams aren’t limited to what is expected or even what is considered possible. We have an amazing discussion about Ceilia’s venture into football, being a woman in the industry, youth setups in the USA, choosing the right type of player, and the hurdles of setting up a club in Costa Rica.
