This episode is about the overwhelm that can happen with lots of stimuli and finding interests among the novelty and variety of life. It's also about getting clear about what is "essential" to you, your creative practice and your life. This is part of "essentialism" for me. I'm not a minimalist, but I do find when I clarify the essentials to any process, goal, or season of life, things FLOW much more easily.
