In contrast, COURAGE is the heart of a Spiritual Revolutionary where we meet a task from a space of Love and non-resistance, causing no harm to ourselves or others.
With the courage of Love, we widen the gap between our trigger and our response. This way, we can see and be aware of the moments we get it right, and when we do mess up, we can open to compassion and the beauty of the moment beyond our unhealthy ego-bound justifications driven by shame, guilt or blame.
