I typically find my clients in one of two camps. Either they avoid looking at metrics OR they look at every possible piece of data available. Here at C-Suite Boutique, we prefer to take a middle approach, looking at only the key pieces of data you need as a leader to give you a snapshot of your business without wasting precious time and energy.
