We also discuss how to access your integration and what to do when in disintegration. She, like us, is a huge proponent of self-care and relates to us what it looks like to practice this care in journaling, and various other ways. We also touch on subtypes -(something that we will go into further in later episodes) the three varying characteristics of each type. These are sexual, social and self-preserving.
