Guest Info:
Kelly O'Gara is a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Massachusetts, with a focus on working with adults and couples. Born and raised in Livermore, CA, she met Mari and Molly at Gonzaga University. Not feeling cool enough to be their friend at first, it took moving onto their floor 2nd semester sophomore year and then loads of booze in Italy to become life-long friends. Since graduating from Gonzaga, she worked in higher education, then transitioned into a career in fundraising before finally finishing a master's degree in counseling in her mid-thirties and transitioning to counseling full-time. Currently, she has her own private practice (Living Solution Focused) in Pembroke, MA and is happy to be a resource for people trying to navigate the sometimes seemingly complex, mysterious and scary world of therapy.
