He is the founder of Streamline Capital based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is probably working on closing another apartment complex in the greater SLC area.

He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021 after 20 years of service.

Chad is recognized for his expertise, often speaking at real estate events and interviewed on many national podcasts. His decision-making is shaped by a private advisory panel, ensuring informed and strategic business growth. Chad resides in Fishers, IN with his wife and daughter.
