Meditation talk from the summer of 2017 from a spiritual trip to India with Satguru Sirio Ji, visiting several holy places. We are sorry for the sound quality as sometimes one can hear the Indian traffic in the background or fans going. Anyway, the noises don't influence the high spiritual teachings and the deep meaning wrapped into wise words.

These meditation talks were recorded during intensive meditation spiritual retreats with Satguru Sirio Ji, therefore they might contain some specific teachings and wisdom for life to be taken into consideration.
Each recording begins with a mantra to bring you into a favourable condition for the Inner Journey. This initial mantra is followed by a brief talk in which the process of spiritual transformation and meditation is explained to you. After the talk keep meditating for at least 15 minutes and if you like it, continue, increasing the time by and by as you proceed.
