Maya and her companions find themselves in a tense situation as they navigate through dark and unfamiliar terrain, with the threat of danger looming. Brij Bhushan's men are armed and waiting for orders amidst an atmosphere of uncertainty. Armed with a pistol, Maya leads the group while others follow, unsure of what to do. Pandit suggests seeking counsel from Baram Baba, who appears to hold sway over the unfolding events. As tensions rise, Maya witnesses a surreal display as Baram Baba begins a trance-like dance, culminating in his departure and Maya collapsing unconscious in the fields. Meanwhile, media vans arrive on the scene, capturing the unfolding drama live. Shukla takes charge and presents a dead body found in the fields to the media, while Maya is rushed to the hospital.
