You’ll hear a lot about mental health awareness but also, I’ll reveal those acronyms you see in the title.
We talk a lot about mental health and what we should do at work about it, but in reality, the stats are showing a different story. In tech startups, this focus could be even less present and both parties, founders and employees can feel the damage.
Through my founder coaching and executive coaching as well, I noticed that even if founders and executives are focused on their people, the concrete actions regarding human psychology, mental health, belonging, appreciation, and other crucial needs are not enough tackled.
Today’s episode focuses besides mental health on something I found essential to remove not only at work but anywhere. Once you allow them to exist in your company you’re far from being recession proof.
