For a service provider, the greatest satisfaction is solving a need. Sometimes the problem is bigger or different from your strengths. Having a network of those strengths is the most valuable answer to your long term prosperity. Who do you know that delivers consistent value and knows yours as well as you do? How can you start that network? Fill your dance card with the talent you may lack. Be around or near those that know what you don’t. Ask for their line card and how they like to be interacted with. Prepare them for success when a lead is present. You will have a massive network of reliable service help long-term.
