We spend most of our time talking about his decision to sell his company to the Hazemag parent company in Germany 5 years ago - how he approached the decision, the keys to making it a successful transaction for both sides, and what it's like to transition from business owner to part of a management team. Jeff shares his thoughts on how business owners can prepare for eventual sale of a company and how an owner should think through the process as well as the post-deal situation.
