WHO ARE JESSICA AND AMY?
Jessica Randolph bio: Jessica Randolph is an award-winning Nashville-based realtor, designer & co-founder of the “How To Buy A House Class.” She is a well-respected negotiator, teacher, home renovator, and mentor nationwide. For over 10 years Jessica has assisted in the renovation, design, and sale of over 300 homes in Nashville and was the #1 sales rep for Aerial Development Group, a well-known home builder and historic home renovator in Nashville. Best known for her appearance on HTGV’s Masters of Flip and Music City Fix (2016-2020) as a Design Assistant, she has been a part of many unique projects. What started as a passion for historic architecture has springboarded her and fueled her career into what it is today, and it all started with reading This Old House Magazine.
Amy Schols bio: Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Amy earned her degree in organizational communication with a focus on economics before relocating to Music City. Having garnered marketing and graphic design experience in Nashville’s music industry, Amy teamed up with her real estate mentor in 2019. Amy played a pivotal role in over 75 transactions, amounting to $35 million in home sales within her first two years in real estate, transforming her passion for service and love of homes into a fulfilling career. As CEO, Amy spearheaded business strategy, research, brand development, marketing, tech, and legal, overseeing their podcast, website, and mobile app development. In 2023, the class extended its reach coast to coast with partners in 30 cities, hosting a total of 150 free, in-person classes for prospective buyers.
