Normal life for Claire, was a bottle of wine each day - drinking to excess, then beating herself up about it. It was impacting every aspect of her life – her work, sleep, health, energy and relationships. By using alcohol to mask some of her problems, it was just creating others. She was in a cycle of drink, regret, repeat.
Now, she is loving life, like never before.
