Shay is a wife of 12 years. A Mom for 10, and sober just over 19 months as of recording day. She started drinking at age 19. Went to her first rehab in 2010, she has been on this recovery journey for a while.. She feels like it's her duty to serve others by teaching them what she learned during her 16 year love/hate relationship with alcohol. We talk about what to do with the Holidays and how to handle stressful moments.
