The Yankees have advanced to the ALCS and we are closer to a subway series. Both the Yankees and Mets await their opponents. The Yankees are right where they were expected to be. The Yankees/Royals series was a little boring because we expected the Yankees to win, and they did. Jerry is here for his first update of the day but first a caller said that Boomer was sort of attacking Gio in the first segment of the show. Jerry starts with the sounds of the Yankees beating the Royals. Gerrit Cole talked after the game after ‘a couple IPAs’. Jazz Chisholm loves being booed in the opposing parks. Jeff Ulbrich met the media and is taking play calling duties out of the hands of Nathaniel Hackett. The Niners beat the Seahawks in Seattle last night. In the final segment of the hour, Gio said Nathaniel Hackett has to be the stone worst coach employed in the NFL. He got demoted 5 games into Aaron Rodgers quarterbacking the Jets.
