Gio was almost scammed by something on Twitter/X yesterday. Scammers took over an account of a radio guy in Pittsburgh that Gio has interacted with in the past. The Royals avoided the sweep by beating the Yankees as Clay Holmes blew a save. David Cone was on MLB Network and compared Judge/Soto to the 1927 Yankees. Pedro Martinez talked about being traded from the Expos and he wanted to go to the Yankees first. Mike Francesa talked about Caitlin Clark’s star quality and how jealous the other players are. In the final segment of the hour, Tom Brady said he’s afraid he’s going to be too critical of players as a broadcaster.
