On Saturday, March 25, 2023, a very significant program took place commemorating Women’s History Month. The ‘Sistas Celebrating Sistas’ gathering came together to laid down a blueprint of our purpose and action plan to deal with critical issues facing our community. It was held at Sistas’ Place coffee shop in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn NY. It was a grounding of conscious, grassroots activist leaders, local politicians. and working class everyday people discussing real issues that affect all of us and finding ways to resolve them.
