It can be discouraging when it seems like no one will give you a chance. Your feelings are valid and it's okay to be frustrated. But don't stop there. Turn that frustration into something productive.

When no one will give you a chance or an opportunity, make one for yourself and bring others with you!

Assignment: What can you put together or make happen that will push you forward as well as your peers?

Assignment: On a sheet of paper, count the cost. Write out the pros and cons and choose.
