In this episode, I discuss toxic relationships and the challenges faced by those who are in them. I share my own experience of being in a toxic relationship and highlights the difficulty of leaving such situations. I emphasize that people in toxic relationships often know what is happening but feel scared, trapped, and unsure of what their life will look like outside of the toxic relationship. I encourage you to understand that fear can run you're life and that it is important to choose unfamiliar happiness over familiar pain. I also touch on the importance of communication and self-development in healthy relationships.
