Dionne Monique is a breast cancer survivor and Mother of 1. She did not know how to communicate with her son about going through chemo, radiation, and surgery. So she did what many of us do in uncomfortable and uncertain situations, she hid everything from him.
Her Purple Scarf Book Series is a children's book created to start a conversations with children about cancer and the side effects of those cancers.
