Michelle recognizes the traumatic pain being felt. Later she interviews Crystal Widman, the Philadelphia-based studio owner of Y2B Fit. Crystal is a personal trainer and yoga and barre teacher. She holds degrees in exercise science, counseling psychology, and nutrition education.
