Homemakers voices have been subdued from a long time. There have been various discussion on safeguarding the rights of our homemakers in India. But have they done enough? Should homemakers also get salary ? Do they have other rights on property and other assets too? Many questions are still left unanswered, women in the name of becoming homemakers are getting exploited with unpaid labor intensive work. Their work is also unrecognised in the society and at times looked down upon.
