Greeshma Kuthar practised law before transitioning to a career in media. She served as the head of the social media team at Firstpost. During her time there, she authored an 18-part series on the rise of Hindu nationalism in southern Coastal Karnataka and wrote investigative reports on emerging RSS leaders, including Pragya Singh Thakur. Following her tenure at Firstpost, she has been engaged in research and writing about how RSS propagates Cultural Nationalism across southern India. Her most recent work is the cover story for The Caravan titled "All Santhosh’s Men: The BJP’s re-engineering of Karnataka."
