Do you live in a sometimes chaotic household?
No shame here, we all do at times.
The first thing I navigate in a woman's life is setting up her environment for her to stay on top, get things done and feel calm and happy.
This means setting up mini systems and routines.
No matter how successful you are, big teams, lots of responsibility
or whether you are an artist a live a more free-flow existence
Mini Systems are INVALUABLE
- Pause and take notes on your day
- Where are the big triggers?
- Are there certain times of day that cause you the most stress?
- How can you tweak them, or prepare them?
- Routines take away having to rethink daily and make extra decisions
I share the simple things that help me end the chaos these simple changes can change the way you experience day-to-day life. They will free you up to be able to enjoy more of the things you love.
I end this episode with breathwork and unwinding parts of the body.

I talk about preparing ahead for triggers in the festive period, pretalks with family members. about having time out, or talking about your kids ahead of time with family you might be staying over with if they also have adhd.
