In this episode, we explore the key to heart-open intimacy and connection in our relationships.
Most of us, whether we want it or not, bring accumulated wounds, scars, and outdated beliefs into intimacy and relationships.
When we want to open to intimacy, connection, and love, our mind and body go into the pattern of closure or reactivity to protect us.
If you want to create the depth of intimacy we will be asked again and again to address what is blocking the transmission of love through the body and our capacity to connect deeply.
Bringing awareness to those bound places in our body and psyche, willingness to do the inner work to transmute them, as well as devotion to become each other healer in a relationship, sets the foundation for the deep intimacy we yearn to experience.
