If you’ve listened to my podcast or worked with me before, you probably know how much of an impact the very first coaching program I joined had on my life and my business. One of the biggest things I learned from that program was how much of an influence the people around me had on my habits, my thinking, and my life in general. It’s when I learned you are who you hang out with.
My beliefs stemmed from what the people around me said and thought. And if I wanted to change that, I had to change who I was spending time with. I wasn’t ready for that at all, but as I started to progress in my business, I understood how important it was for me to surround myself with high-level thinkers and entrepreneurs. This was a huge step in my personal development. I want to now be in the room with people who have proven to be successful so I can learn more and grow.
In today’s episode, I encourage you to do a good audit of who you hang around with and how they may be influencing your success. Are they inspiring and adding value? Are you taking in negativity from them that could be holding you back? This episode walks you through how to level up.
