In this episode we spend an hour discussing prayer. What it looks like in our lives. Some of the things that we get out of it. Why we think it is important. And some tips for those that may just be starting out. For me this was a tough subject when I first approached sobriety. I thought I had walked away from having God or a Higher Power in my life. So, when I was told that I needed to have that again and that I needed to have a prayer life, I quickly dismissed the idea. Today I have different feelings about it.
