La collaboration GRAVITY, qui exploite l'interférométrie optique avec le Very Large Telescope vient de découvrir indirectement la présence d'une planète de la taille de Neptune en orbite au sein de la binaire naine rouge la plus proche du Soleil : GJ 65, située à 2,67 pc (8,7 années-lumière). Ils publient leur étude dans Astronomy&Astrophysics.
