#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,226 Live - Asking Permission to Coach and Allowing Leaders to do Their Job (We Team & HR Wednesdays) - Today's topics: (1) As an Agile Coach, Consultant, Leader, Program Manager, Project manager and Scrum Master I have always asked permission to join a team in their domain or asked their leader if it was ok to chat with teams before I did so. This way I always let the leader do their job. Well the same goes for team members because if we create a world of allowing people to come into our team and aks for anything, then we can't complain about our leaders for not protecting us from outside pressures.
