In this episode, I talk about the different attachment styles and how they present themselves in infants as well as adults. Through doing this we are able to see the connections between the two stages of life, but also the capability for people to evolve and for their attachment styles to change.
Later on, I discuss some research done by Mary Ainsworth that puts these attachment styles into the context of relationships and how different styles would interact with each other. Throughout this episode, you will gain more awareness into your own attachment styles and understand how you can use them to your advantage and create a happier and fulfilling life.
