Kristi's awakening process actually began almost 15 years ago and has been in the progress of undoing and unlearning patterns of behavior, patterns of thinking and believing...all leading me home. In today's Episode I had a chat with Julie Ford. I really enjoyed recording this with Julie as it offers a wonderful perspective on the teen. Often we forget about the teen and how they are to navigate their way through the world. We often assume they are just a teen so they will come through it so what Julie offers is a wonderful thing and very much needed in the world. Julie Ford is a certified life coach, speaker, trainer, and author of the book Creating Time and Energy. Her passion is championing teens and their parents as they navigate some of the richest yet most challenging transitions to independence. Together they enjoy every stage and see the treasure available in each moment. Her background at large corporations (like GTE, Arthur Andersen, Right Management and Deloitte) paired with the love of parenting her two girls has led her to combine the best of the board room with the best of the family room. The more complaints she heard from hiring managers and the media disparaging all the younger generations, the more fired up she became to assist BOTH sides with life skills training and fresh perspectives. Her programs, like Enjoy Every Stage group coaching, Tools of Life radio show and Tools of Life by Julz of Life videos, and Parent/Teen Communication coaching are changing lives one good human at a time. Today I sat down and had a chat to Jen Gagnon. I have known of Jen for as long as I have been on my own self development ride. We have been in the same circles and it was nice to finally get to sit down with her and have a chat. Jen is a certified Holistic Health Coach who helps her clients become crystal clear on their desires, remove toxicity and blocks from all areas of their lives, and finally start living a life of freedom. She combines her expertise in holistic health, mindset work, and energy healing to ensure her clients fully embody these shifts. Jen is a firm believer that in order to live your best life now, you need to align, mind, body and soul. She’s certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a certified Advanced Marconics Practitioner, trained by the founder herself, Alison David-Bird (energy healing modality). Marconics is a powerful energy healing modality that allows the client to raise their vibration above the frequency of fear that has shackled them to their story. She’s been a guest at several women's summits and featured in Unchain Your Inner Strength Magazine and podcast. I was very keen to learn more about Marconics, being an energy healer myself it always sparks an interest in finding out about other modalities and how it can help.
