Frank starts the show joined by WABC host Dominic Carter to talk about Daniel Penny's acquittal in his trial for the chokehold death of Jordan Neely. He then talks with Bernard Goetz, former candidate for NYC Mayor, animal rights activist and subway vigilante to talk about the Penny verdict. Frank talks about a dreadful scam on a man that the IRS is holding him accountable for. He later analyzes Daniel Penny's case and social justice with Judge George Grasso, a retired NYC Criminal Court Judge, who served as the Supervising Judge for the Bronx Criminal Court and the Administrative Judge for Criminal Matters in Queens Supreme Court. He’s also a 30 year veteran of the NYPD, having served as First Deputy Police Commissioner. He also gives the UFO Report on the continued mystery and danger of the drones spotted hovering over New Jersey and Staten Island. Frank starts the third hour talking about the damages that false accusations do to people. He also chats with Jimmy Failla, a stand-up comic and the host of “Fox Across America” on radio and “Fox News Saturday Night” on television. They talk about comedy, news and food. Frank later talks about proposals for a four day work week and gives the Conspiracy of the Day on the motives of the UnitedHealthcare CEO killer.
