In this episode, I am sharing exciting announcements and a lot of changes that have been going on behind the scenes. I am here to be part of a revolution that has to happen in women's health. One where we are participants in our bodies instead of always being bystanders.

That's why I've created what I have here. So change doesn't have to feel overwhelming, scary or awful. When you know what to expect and you understand how to manage changes happening, you're going to be relieved and happy to realize that your body can get better over time.

Your body can get stronger over time.

Your body can get fitter.

Your body can get leaner.

You can get more vital and more vibrant over time.

And I promise you that that's possible. I see it happen in my own body.

I see it happen in all of the women that we work with.

You can tell the difference of someone who is surviving and getting through their day or their life and someone who is thriving.

This is what I am bringing to life in my brand new course, which is called The Perimenopause project.
